Hi jules_LHC. It's a Panasonic Lumix FZ45 but at 3 years old it's already out of date. I'm not sure what to recommend now but the standard is very high; my camera does a lot for me in auto mode.

Hi Mirador. Yes, they usually descend in a small group so it was unusual to have just this one. It was some time before it came out into the open.

Nice shot. We get little groups of those on the feeder over the winter but they tend to lurk in the bushes and move around frequently which has made getting good shots quite hard!

Or just flabby !!! 🙂
