I agree with Smooze, very cathartic to write this and brilliant news about the support you will get to write it. Make sure you put loads about how you've built your life back and your adventures in the fells. I imagine this will inspire others facing the same hell you did too x

Cheers Smooze I haven't been out for a while but hope to soon. I am engrossed about writing a book about my adventures and have mailed you the first quickly scrawled draft of the first part. It is called GHOST FACE from when my wife screamed Ghost face hurry up and die when I was fighting for my life before abandoning me and the kids. The good news is a famous author is so interested that I will now get free coaching and a film producer has told me my story has amazing potential. xx

Not sure of my next challenge but will decide in a day or two but getting stronger by walking. Meditate for 30 minutes a day to give my mind a rest ftom all the painful thoughts. I am making ptogress but it is a big change , washing, ironing, cooking, cleaning taking care of 2 kids and fighting the big C at the ripe old age of 57 when 2 years ago I had a very good job, 4x4, huge house, servants and wife. It goes to show life can be so unpredictable however I walk and give my kids loads of love. Thanks Smooze and yes Spring I did enjoy the walk. You are lucky to live in such a beautiful area. xx

Ah, Tizzie's and my 'back garden' walk, just 10 mins on foot from my home. I love it up there. Great views of the mountains to inspire any walker ! Hope you had a good time too 🙂
