They are fantastic philosophies to have OM and hopefully it will pull equally kind people in to your life. You are definitely a brave survivor. Hmm something tells me the battle with the computer games will only get worse 😀 I think you are already ready to go on some walks, given the level of walks you've been accomplishing 🙂 Really chuffed to see you out like this 🙂 xx

Thanks again Sprite-The most important things in the world are love and kindness. My whole view on life has changed. After being given 6 months to live, losing my job, my house, my health and even my wife I still fought and survived. I have my 2 kids and will do everything I can to make them happy and feel loved but it is difficult getting them away from their computer games. And when I feel low, lonely and afraid I look at the stars and always feel better. Getting fitter and stronger day by day and will soon be joining a few walks xx

Thanks Sprite he is doing fine thanks. Hard work as a single dad of 2 kids but we are coping with the difficult situation and i give them loads of love
