I agree its a great photo matt but i hasten to add i have seen loads of exceptional photos on here some of which i think could be award winning so to single one out wouldn't be right and on that note i thank everybody for sharing such beautiful photos with us

This is quite simply the best photo that has ever been posted on this site. It reminds me of climbing the munros in the Mamores many years ago with temperature inversion there. Never to be forgotten. A happy New Year to everyone and in particular TMiW.
