TrotOn: we are so lucky being so close to the Lakes topping up on our fitness on a regular basis. The weather has changed and this takes its toll on hydration and salts which I found on Saturday, running out of liquid. Glad Steeev is back to his old self.

ILC: Steeev and I have just finished the Langdale🙂 Pikes, Sargeant Man and High Raise.
He is back to normal today, no cramp, but has drunk well throughout the walk on a very warm day.

TrotOn: hearing about his achievements on the fells over the years, he is entitled to have "jelly legs" now. I think I would be in a mobility scooter if I'd done half of the peaks he's done. New respect for Steeev 🙂

Steeev was actually pointing to his quick exit from the fells, but told me to keep quiet!!
He said that gulley was so b....y steep, if his "jelly" legs came on after lunch he was popping around Seat Sandal, THAT WAY.... He did.😀

I am off to walk with the delectable Steeev shortly. Am sure he will tell me more.
He was walking alone until late last night, but it's a great day..... and the dog is wanting a short walk!!🙂
