I'm still recovering from a helluva landing(some say I went up 35'..) but apart from that I'm grinnin'. I've bin a bit torn about what to do re the stickin'out toes -another dilemma - sock or wash? After much deliberation, yes you guessed it, ah plumped for wash. I also can't decide whether OD folk would prefer daily or weekly updates on ma leg...any thoughts welcome! Anyhow I hate over-indulgence so will sign off now ....

Paul In The Peaks: WHAAATT??!! Aw no, I'm totally devastated to have left you outa da loop man! Allow me to fill you in...I came a-clatterin' off a mountain bike I was saddled on at the time..just hitta root and Bob's-yuh-Uncle, Fanny's-yuh-Ant, Whoopsy-Daisy a bust leg! Hot news today is that I've altered the angle of dangle from 67 to 72 degrees - much more accommodatin' to the ole' blood flow. Gotta great choice of cast colour too - it's currently scarlet (yes- really!)but when I return on Tues I may ask for lime green - more in fitting wi' ma wardrobe. Toe-wiggling has taken on a life of its own and I've bin a-singin' to keep the jollity up when on ma crutches ..mainly "Lean on Me"......
