They Seek/I Seek

This is an important part of the search.

For dating your gender preferences are more critical than for friendships. Clearly set the "Who Is Seeking A" option to your own gender, and the "I Am Seeking A" option to your preferred sexual preference.

For friendships you will probably click both of the "Either" boxes, unless you sepcifically prefer the company of a particular gender.

Looking for Relationship Type

If you select "Dating" you will pull up all those who have chosen "Dating Only" as well as those that have chosen "Dating OR Friendship" when setting up their profile. To put it another way; the "Friendship Only" profiles will be removed.

Similarly, if you select "Friendship" you will pull up all those who have chosen "Outdoor Friendship Only" as well as those that have selected "Dating OR Friendship" when setting up their profile. To put it another way; the "Dating Only" profiles will be removed.

Choosing "Dating OR Friendship" here will bring up everyone regardless of the profile choice in this selection.

Derwent Dams near Bamford

Derwent Dams near Bamford. The villages of Ashopton and Derwent are submerged under the water. You can cycle around the top two dams which is a bit less than 10 miles.

Thank you for your comment Marney. I went up there one winters day and there wasn't any water in the dams. All the remains of the villages reappeared, very interesting but a bit spooky too!
