Hello Catherine. The visibility was pretty good but the nearby views of the Old Man etc. were the best. The going was not too bad. There is quite a lot of snow still on top and it has gone hard but not too icy. The pictures are an interesting contrast to your still misty views down by the tarn.

Hello Ruth. Yes it was but with a very cold wind on top. Still a lot of snow around too.
