It's good to hear from you, Paul 🙂 - I'm fine thanks, and I hope all is well with you too. How's your knee? Mine are fine, but I'm due to have them x-rayed early next year to assess the wear on the polythene bearings (I think it's a great pity that knees can't be fitted with grease nipples 😂).
Good luck with your Cuillin Ridge traverse; you're a brave man – I did some of the easier bits 😮 with a guide and a rope in 2006.

I think this may remind Paul (Ridgewalker) of a rather wet afternoon in 2019 when he and I went up Seniors Gully (to the left of the Idwal Slabs / Rhiwiau Caws) on to Seniors Ridge, and then down Y Gribin – I certainly won't forget it!
(This was after he had taken me up Penmaen-bach Arete 😮, near Dwygyfylchi, in the morning, where thankfully it was dry!)
