we saw that lake <img src='theme/emoticon_smile.png' /> TWICE <img src='theme/emoticon_grin.png' />

Ha ha ha well although it shouldn't have been hard as you were the sweeper - you still were ahead every now and again!

Well done TMiW 10 miles is good your fitness levels are getting better<img src='theme/emoticon_smile.png' /> what you need to do is a find a walk thats hard going in places and i mean really hard going then give it a month and go back and when you do it without even thinking that was hard going your fit<img src='theme/emoticon_smile.png' />and eventually 20 miles is nothing <img src='theme/emoticon_smile.png' />

For me that was the best view ever! - it meant when I got down there I was done! I was only up to the 10 mile but I was very happy <img src='theme/emoticon_smile.png' />
