Hi Paul - yes, they were two good days, although the first one was a bit of a struggle because I wasn't very well. I had the Rezum procedure (steam ablation for benign prostatic hyperplasia) on 30th June, followed by a catheter for 18 days 😮, and thought I would be fine for this but I picked up a urinary tract infection. I started antibiotics the day before the Llanberis walk, and I was queasy with no appetite and felt weak going uphill ☹, but I was very much better (almost back to normal) on the Glyderau walk 😀.
I hope all is well, and I look forward to walking in the mountains with you again one day 🙂.
Looks like you'v had a couple of good hard days in the hills, pity the weather has gone back to normal service
