M1960: Yes I do remember you from that Patterdale walk; one I shall not be repeating. For the picture I was on Ruadh Stac Mor with A'Maighdean to the left. Lucky to get such a fabulous day for the one and only visit to those two.
Yes, I know - I must confess that I had no idea until you told us the answer! (I wonder if Catherine's 'Clue in the title' comment was just referring to a loch being in Scotland rather than the Lake District?) Were you standing somewhere between A' Mhaighdean and Ruadh Stac Mor? (I don't know the area at all, so I've had to do some research on the internet!)
You probably won't remember me, but I think we met on a weekend at Patterdale in 2016 – we got on to some dangerously steep grass on Stand Crags above Hogget Gill.😮
M1960: Well done! Fuar Loch Mor means Big Cold Loch. Bonus mark for working out where I was standing.
Fuar Loch Mor?
catwalker: No clue in the title but it's cold and big!
catwalker: It's much further north and remote, Catherine.
