They Seek/I Seek

This is an important part of the search.

For dating your gender preferences are more critical than for friendships. Clearly set the "Who Is Seeking A" option to your own gender, and the "I Am Seeking A" option to your preferred sexual preference.

For friendships you will probably click both of the "Either" boxes, unless you sepcifically prefer the company of a particular gender.

Looking for Relationship Type

If you select "Dating" you will pull up all those who have chosen "Dating Only" as well as those that have chosen "Dating OR Friendship" when setting up their profile. To put it another way; the "Friendship Only" profiles will be removed.

Similarly, if you select "Friendship" you will pull up all those who have chosen "Outdoor Friendship Only" as well as those that have selected "Dating OR Friendship" when setting up their profile. To put it another way; the "Dating Only" profiles will be removed.

Choosing "Dating OR Friendship" here will bring up everyone regardless of the profile choice in this selection.

On a boat near Rum

Well, well. I even have a picture of Bloodstone Hill taken on a trip to Canna. The boat in the picture was not ours! You had superb conditions there, Catherine.

catwalker: That trip was just to Canna. I have stayed on Rum a long time ago, in the stable block at the castle. No horses there thankfully. It was a conservation holiday and I didn't get across to Bloodstone Hill. That was nearly 40 years ago; must get back there! Canna is a great place to stay too. I've been there several times and never tire of going back.

The castle is an interesting place to stay, especially if you can get dinner served in the old dining room. It's worth a look in even if you are not staying there.
