Police Identification Required. Lake District

Do you know this man?

Filmed yesterday manoeuvring his boat under this bridge without a licence.

Also wanted for working on a boat at Ambleside recently on false documentation of being Senior Quarter Master...when in fact, he was only the Bilge Boy.

If you know his identity, he may claim to be a Poet and only playing "Pooh Sticks"....but Police say they are looking for an illiterate fantasist about to try and break the world water speed record...with his stick!
