it could have been couldn't it🙂
You can see from the date that I posted this when I first joined the OD site. At that time I thought it was just another dating site, and hadn't realised that it organises walks. You see, the title Outdoor DUO implies two people, but you go on walks with 15 or 20! I also thought the email invitations were spam because other, more suspect sites send emails with the name "noreply@" I only tried my first OD walk in May this year. You can see from the photo where I was looking for women, although I would never approach the type met in a bar in Manchester dressed like these!:~

You need to look beyond the facade guys. Ordinary is not a description for anyone - male or female as we are all special in our own little way

it did hurt having my legs waxed but not as much as those red shoes after dancing round my hand bag all night.
So you are right ... I'm no ordinary woman

Milvus, you said I could borrow you red shoes for helvelyn because they match my jacket, was going to get my hair and nails done for the occassion too, now I will just have to dig out my walking boots

Milv it's me sorry I knicked them when I stayed over.

Who is that wearing my shoes? That mean I won't have them for Helvelyn - oh bugger better to dig my boots out then!

I posted this as a bit of a joke of course, but it's drawn quite a few comments. I presume you are joking about it being your party Jan! To answer your question Ruth, I see ordinary women are ones not dressed up with dyed hair (or wigs?) a fake tan and 5 inch heels. Ordinary women just be themselves and do not try to deceive: I think the second from left is more natural

Jan dont be so modest we are also beautiful, witty, intelligent
