This is a 12 mile circular walk from Threshfield near Grassington N Yorkshire

The walk starts on Skirethorns lane where there is road side parking if needed. We walk up hill for 1.5 miles towards Malham tarn returning via Mastilles lane back down for a lunch stop at Kilnsey crags and then crossing the valley to climb back up out of Coniston to reach the Dalesway and follow that back through Grassington
Accommodation at Wood Nook campsite for camper vans and camping , Kettlewell hostel and Choice of B and B s in Grassington . Linked to cycle invite the following day but a breakaway group could walk instead of cycle if wished

This is a circular walk via Malham moor , mastiles lane , Kilnsey and the Dales way back through Grassington . Optional cafe lunch stop in Kilnsey. This is linked to the cycle invite for 8th June with accommodation options at Threshfield or Grassington , camping , motorhomes or B and B etc

I am in Burnley, but don't drive. I would love to go if anyone going could give me a lift? Only interested in Walk, as I don't cycle either!

going4gold: Hi Mary - thanks again for organising a lovely walk today. It was so nice to visit the southern dales. The scramble up Coniston dib was delightful - great views and great company. Thankyou also for hosting us for afternoon tea in Grassington towards the end of the walk - an unexpected treat. Hope you have a fab day biking tomorrow and hope to see you both again soon. 🥾👍🥾
