Firstly i was looking forward to Steve's Pen- y-ghent walk, and hope he is able to re post it soon.
As i was still wanting to do a walk i thought i'd post an alternative , starting from Helwith Bridge, we follow the river to Horton, from there we take the Ingleborough path as far as Sulber Nick,then head down into Crummack Dale. From there we head back to Helwith Bridge via Moughton Scar, a walk of 10 miles.
