Moel Siabod is a half day outing in Snowdonia, the ascent of Moel Siabod via the Daear Ddu Ridge ridge is called a grade1 scramble, but it's not difficult and you can walk most of it. Falling short of being a 3000er by a measly 140ft, Siabod is normally less crowded than the headline grabbing giants across the valley. However, Siabod rewards those who visit with some nice scrambling and possibly the finest view in the whole of Wales (weather allowing ). When time is short, Moel Siabod is a great place to be.
