adventure before dementia

an' that's the clencher,
as his calculation
caused celebration
and in single file
we trolled that mile,
determination etched on faces
we'd really been
to some splendid places...
yes, two eighteen
has started well
with not much mud
as we scanned that fell,
but fun a-plenty
and despite G's guess
the day proved to be
an astounding success!
