Hadrian's Wall for years ago. Those hazy hazy days
by mintyHi 4 years ago I organised a walk on Hadrian's Wall on OD. For me it was a personal thing when I was a young boy I used to read history about Hadrian's Wall and the Lost will Roman legion of the 9th. so there I was on Hadrian's Wall. Group of total strangers. I was nervous as hell. Spending 6 days walking Hadrian's Wall. I was a very incredible moving experience for me. the vast majority still keep in contact. And we are firm friends to this day. They are incredible. they are truly two friends give good advice and there when I need them. And likewise. over the last four years we've been on many Adventures together. Farm Northumberland to the Peak District the Lake District. Brecon Beacons

MoMorningdawnWell it was a tremendous walk with some great walks and lovely views with great company. I thoroughly enjoyed it and still relive parts of it. Thanks Minty for organising it, with all those minor hiccups! 😋 Hadn't realised it was 4 years ago already. It was a true adventure. Must meet up sometime, Minty 🙂

PDPear Drop (Sarah)Hi Minty,There are many memorable experiences shared, not just Hadrian's Wall. That is what is at the core of OD,a coming together from different backgrounds, ages and outlook. We share a common bond of fellowship whether up to our arm pits in bog, listening to the endless sonnets of Lal Jonty or snorkelling our way up Gardale Scar, but there will be always copious amounts of wine and laughter🙂
