Chatted to the landlady at the Robin Hood, she seemed very pleasant, will be happy for a group to turn up without pre-ordering etc & flexible on numbers. According to the AA, The Robin Hood at Castlemorton is 2.8 miles away and the Farmers Arms at Birtsmorton is 2.7 miles away The Marlbank at Welland is 5.2 miles Last order for food varies between 9 - 9.30 pm So far none of them appear to have a big screen TV but you never know!

Possible pubs for the evening.
Closest is 2 miles North heading for Castlemorton Common. Next is a few hundred yards along and theres a third in Welland 3.5 miles from camp/bunk. A brisk walk if you ask me

We're based in Hollybush so closer to Ledbury. Using postcodes and the AA it says ledbury is 4.5 miles & Great Malvern 10.2 miles.

TMiW, I"m pretty sure Malvern is closer,I think from memory its only 2.5 miles......been reading an OS map,,,,<img src='theme/emoticon_wink.png' />

FYI The nearest pubs are in Ledbury with is approx. 5 miles away

No plans have been made for eating Friday evening as some people will either be arriving early or after work. We have cooking facilities in the bunkhouse so I'm sure it will be OK for you to bring things to cook. I'm also sure some people will be going to the pub! <img src='theme/emoticon_grin.png' />

I think it a good idea bout bring wot u like. It worked so well at south downs when we picnic'd in hostel garden. Ooooh the cakes were amazing

I was going to ask if there were any other vegetarians Liz Depending on how big the bbq is we could utilize the cooker inside as well keeping the vegi stuff separate and untainted.
