Walking in the Lakes from Sun 8th - Sat 14th April
Will be staying in Keswick with my boys for a week. If anyone is around and wants to join us (more to the point...guide us) on a walk, would be good to meet up.
Or any suggestions for walks would be gratefully received, don't know the area at all.

Thaks Milvus, will try walks out. Have got maps, but not sure thats a guarantee that I won't still get lost.
Alternatively you could walk around Derwentwater which is nice on a sunny day - enjoy
Hi John, unfortunately back from the lakes by then, but Latrigg is a good one to do, its a pit steep at first but great views over Derwentwater and not too long. You get to it at the back of the Leisure Centre, but best you take a map with you otherwise it could end up being a long walk!
You just missed us John!! - we had such beautiful weather and fab company. Hope you enjoy it x
