Hi Phil,

On a PC the left menu shows how many new chat items you have. You should also receive an email or text. On a phone click the burger menu top right. Hmmm. I guess I need to flag up the burger menu when there is something on it.

To access old mails click the golden head and the words "Old Mail" as this takes you to the old system, but allows read only. To chat to someone previously mailed on the old system click their profile name in the "from" box and then the Chat to Me link.
