They Seek/I Seek

This is an important part of the search.

For dating your gender preferences are more critical than for friendships. Clearly set the "Who Is Seeking A" option to your own gender, and the "I Am Seeking A" option to your preferred sexual preference.

For friendships you will probably click both of the "Either" boxes, unless you sepcifically prefer the company of a particular gender.

Looking for Relationship Type

If you select "Dating" you will pull up all those who have chosen "Dating Only" as well as those that have chosen "Dating OR Friendship" when setting up their profile. To put it another way; the "Friendship Only" profiles will be removed.

Similarly, if you select "Friendship" you will pull up all those who have chosen "Outdoor Friendship Only" as well as those that have selected "Dating OR Friendship" when setting up their profile. To put it another way; the "Dating Only" profiles will be removed.

Choosing "Dating OR Friendship" here will bring up everyone regardless of the profile choice in this selection.

Moving away from PayPal

A small number of you have received an 'e' from us regarding the end of our use of PayPal. Its not a scam, we are asking you to re-subscribe at the end of the paid period as detailed on the email. (A [Subscribe] button will appear.)

There have been changes at PayPal which no longer suit us, and since the early days there are now a shed load of alternatives. Without them in the early days setting up would have been more complex, but now the world of online payments has expanded and simplified.

Direct Debit and Credit Card payments are now accepted through GoCardless and WorldPay respectively.
