Southport

I'm planning a bike ride from Southport, no definite date but the week of the may bank holiday.
Just wondering whether any interest and what kind of distance people are up for. Flat or hilly?
I haven't put it as an invite yet as I'm interested in it being a social ride, so would rather guage interest. I would plan on an average pace of 10-12mph or slower and wouldn't want to be out more than 4 hours.

Also, later that week would suit me as I'm booked into a site at Coniston on Friday 31st so I could combine the travel, cheers, John.

Also I should have said, I would expect to cycle at the pace of the slowest rider, so no one would be left behind.

JohnH: At the moment I'm thinking the bank holiday Monday 27th, or later that week Tuesday 28th, or Wednesday 29th, or possibly Friday 31st.

Hi, I could be interested but it's too far for me for a day. However, depending when it could be, perhaps I could tie it in with something else and make a day to two of it.
