Email notifications fixed

Working again but some notifications missed.

Yes Babalou, the fix was temporary. No notifications again.

Are people getting email notifications I sent 3 on Saturday evening for attendees for a forthcoming invitation and not had one reply. And a couple of weeks earlier another again no reply.

I have tracked things to an unreliable third party. 👎 I am in the process of kicking them into touch. This may take a day or so. I have managed to unblock things this end, atleast for now, and will monitor things closely.

I will run 5 days of notifications, so not quite the full 11th May but you should all get a box full!

Not had a notification since the 11th.

What ever you did before to make the notifications work needs doing again and something else is required to make them come up every time because the system isn't working.

Progress from nothing to erratic. Had two notifications on the 10th and 11th, but other new invites and changes to old invites were missing.

As far as I can see it came through after the weekend on Tuesday 11 May

babalou: Items added before the weekend won't have been notified for I am afraid.

I haven't been notified that I have had a response to an invitation

I turned them off soon after joining as I was getting too many. Is there any way of getting notifications of comments just on the invites I'm going on?

nope, definitely not fixed, not a single notification arrived in any folder

Lazlo Woodbine: I commented on your Monsal Head Invite, you should get a notification at 5pm or thereabouts depending on your email preference settings. 🤔

I edited an invitation to test this out but still no notifications.

If it doesn't Andy, make a minor change to your invitation and it will be included in the notifications (assuming it is working).
