Thanks Pete for a lovely walk today where the sun did eventually shine. The scenery was enjoyed and the company exceptional as always. Great to see Highpeakman again - I have missed your banter and the drink at the end in the sunshine finished it off perfectly.

Thanks to everyone who came on the two walks and especially to Derek, who did both. Two completely contrasting days. We started Saturday in glorious sunshine and finished at the pub in rain and on Sunday we had wind and rain for most of the walk but sunshine for the pub afterwards. Hopefully, you enjoyed whichever walk you were on. As well as the usual suspects from the Weekday Wanders, it was lovely to see some of you that I haven't walked with in ages and to show you the delights of Calderdale.
