Hi all ๐Ÿ™‚

I'm off to Fuerteventura on the 29th of this month and am looking for a bit of advice/info from a walking perspective.
I've never been before so have no idea what to expect, apart from that I know I'll be walking/climbing up a few volcanoes!

I just wondered if anyone has any experience of walking on the island (apart from up the volcanoes)and if there are any areas I should head for, particularly along the coast.

Thanks in advance,

Tracey๐Ÿ™‚

OK, thanks for the info. I'm aware there is naturism on the island but I'll be avoiding that wherever possible!lol
I'm sure we'll find a few walks and as we're hiring a 4wD, we can hopefully explore the more mountainous areas ๐Ÿ™‚

I've been there on holiday about five times on holiday over the years it's quite a barron landscape inland but the beaches are fabulous, I found the island very laid back El cotillo is worth a visit nice coastal walk along there,

I have cofete beach is worth a visit although never got there my self dangerous to swin in cofete mind beware mind there's lots of naturists on the island mind ๐Ÿ™‚

I suggest you message Kazlandy as she is now living on Fuerteventura. I've sailed around it but never had time to get much further inland than the beach. It looks inviting though ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚
