OK guys you have a week to get your balances to me. Because I have to pay by a specific time if your money isn't sent to me on time then you will have to book on your own and it isn't guaranteed that you can join our time slot.

It's taken awhile to get through to book and I now have a dilemma. The only time currently available on 26th is 9.30 am. Should I book this? Alternatively we can do 11.00 am on the Sunday.
