Just got in from a afternoon and evening out and have been on my mobile through the day checking the challenge leader board.Excellent progress from Dave so much admiration for such a lovely man.Well Done 🙂

Already 15 DNFs out of 41 starters. Just still being in the race is an achievement.

I reckon about 7miles but he will be knackered so probably a very slow one..but knowing Dave he will smell out a pintx

I am currently sat in a pub in Hawes,eating chips and drinking real ale...think Dave is about 10th,so proud hoping he arrives before last orders.Thanks for the support.We can all celebrate at our house warming..

Great to come back from my day walk & see that Dave has gone over Pen y Ghent & will soon be joining the Pennine Bridlewway with perhaps better conditions underfoot heading north to Hawes 🙂
