Hartingtn Walk
Thanks Derek for a truely beautiful walk. We had good weather, good views, a rainbow, good company and additional attractions - morris dancing with group participation & a saxophonist playing whilst we had a well earned drink. Surely this is unbeatable! ๐

Sorry JK28 I wasn't introduced to you at the Devonshire after the walk. So who's that in the hoops on the video?
Not me Deka!! I was sitting on the wall enjoying the performance!! ๐๐๐
jk28 looked as though she'd done it before. - Secret morris dancer if you ask me.
We all like to let our hair down sometime Love just wish i had some to let down lol
And here's me thinking only the girls liked to dance!! ๐๐๐๐
iv just watched it and its fantastic what a laugh.BJ that's a good idea, new spin on pole dancing๐
Yes its good & they were all good to give it a go, thanks Tim ๐ Maybe we should invent our own version with walking poles ๐
๐๐๐๐
Thanks Tim it made me giggle all over again. I think for the sake of everyone else those attending the christmas bash who took part should repeat this performance! ๐๐
๐๐๐ Who, moi? ๐
Ah Babs I know we're both called Derek and both originally from Yorkshire but, I'm the good guy. I only have your interests at heart. As for HPM, definately keep a close watch.
Hi preggy, when I went to head off the bulls I was hoping for backup but you were over the stile & away ๐ At least you didn't call me a bull shifter ๐
Babs watch the 2 dereks, need I say more. Blue john is being entered into the rodeo as one of them clowns who chase off the bulls, hes a natural bull chaser.๐
No comment ๐
I wasn't there on that day so could not possibly comment.
I thought Babs had a visible BLOOMER line!!! ๐ ๐
I wasn't looking๐
You know Preggy47. You just want me to type it.
VISIBLE PANTY LINE.
There I've shouted it out loud.
whats VPL, oh dear pal has it effected you that bad.๐
Well, I thought I was a worldly sort of guy experiencing most things in life but, I have now learnt VPL and a word I cannot bring myself to type which, was first mentioned by Forever Lost.
what have you learnt deka, prey tell
Had to Google VPL. Only been on this site a few weeks but I have learnt so much. What an education it's turning out to be.๐
Take no notice Miss Babs. I was right behind you on the scrambles and can vouch you weren't commando๐๐๐
No names were mentioned, just checking if anyone was paying attention ๐
๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ:~:~:~:~ too much detail!!!! ๐๐
One of the Friday crew didn't need any training to go commando!!!!๐ ๐
๐๐๐
It sounds as if the Canoe Trek had a brilliant time too but we could teach them a thing or two about Morris dancing, commando training in the rain, cattle herding, local dialects & all weekend pub crawls ๐๐
Cheeky! ๐
I was in such a rush to sing my praises my fingers got a little clumsy! :~๐
Is that on youtube Stephen?
CL you can take your marbles out now, don't have to pretend your posh now we all know you.๐
A belated thank you - but no less sincere - to Derek from me too for a lovely Sat. walk!.. and for his looking after all of us too en route,.. a large herd! - Lovely to meet you all too, and being so friendly and welcoming. Hope to join another one soon.

Thanks all again for some lovely words ๐, but the walks would have been nothing without you lot!!!!!
Thanks Derek for a lovely scenic walk on Sunday and thanks John for intervening in the charge of the cow brigade, I feel I was about to discover whether standing and staring at them rather than running worked or not :~:~. Once again another great bunch, a number of whom I'd not met before ๐๐
As you're new 46YY you're forgiven on this occassion! ๐
Anyway I think my imagination is what's making the tears roll down my cheeks at the moment ๐๐๐
Sorry BJ it sounds like you deserve a medal for your bravery ๐
Are you going to post the video of the dancing tim?
he did a video of the morris dancing don't think he did of the cow charge.๐
Oh My! That would have been worth seeing! ๐๐๐
