Hi Girls. No problem. 🙂 The YHA is in the process of changing Managers so won't have any news until end of April. If things turn sour I would suggest going back to Last Years venue who were happy to have us back (believe it or not!). Please let me know if this does not sit well with anyone.

Hi Claudette well done you for organising this. Can you place my name on the list. A time for a welcome walk with friends before the festive mayhem.

Based on the interest on this forum and on those who have listed themselves on the invite I have request the YHA to set aside 40 beds as we seem to be 21 girls & 16 guys so far which means I have sent them a deposit of £40 (rounding it up). I will collect £1 from each of you as and when I see you or a bigger deposit as the time gets closer. Three of the delightful girls have paid me so far and I intend to collect as much as possible from MG's Easter w/end & Hillmale's Malham w/end as these are the next two events I will be attending.

Sorry Keith I wanted it to be 29th so posted the date then the YHA got back to me and said they couldn't do it so had to repost saying its 22nd & 23rd November.

OK guys, the dates are now 22/23 November because they are booked up on 30th and I need a deposit of £1 per person so I need a definite commitment by next friday (1st March).
