Just like to say a big thank you to trekkie for organising the walks at the weekend. A very enjoyable weekend, good company as always and great weather and some fantastic views.

I also meant to say a big thanks to everyone of you for making it such a pleasure and for all your individual contributions, whether that was driving, cake supplying (as some of you I discovered also supply the major retailers)hill knowledge or just pure entertainment.

Glad to hear that you had a satisfactory weekend.

Always difficult to match the needs of all in such a large group. On the other hand the entertainment takes care of itself.

Lovely meeting lovely, easy going people.

Top weekend Trekkie. Walking was fab & the four seasons in one day on Saturday. Loved all of it not mention the cyclists in Lycra pointed out by my trusty roomy Jill, & my new found partner in CRIME j solo. Minty u a star for ur determination. Gr8 to catch up with old friends & make some new ones. But ouch my legs do hurt today.

thanks TC i thought my full length slide, flip trip and fall was well worthy of applause so i was ready with my smile to a take a bow but nothing happened not the flicker of a clap anywhere so i guess its "must do better next time"

And a big thanks from me too Trekkie. I had a great time - and even the snow, sleet and hail were part of the fun <img src='theme/emoticon_confused.png' />. Met some lovely people and looking forward to seeing lots of you again in three week's time. Minty gets 12 out of 10 for his achievements and Mitch gets top marks for his roly poly fall down the mountain at the end - he was still smiling when he got up. Loved the impromptu evening walk to the waterfalls as well, thanks Chris. Good photos from Mitch and J-Solo, I'll add some later. (How much you going to pay me NOT to add the one of you Fresh Air?)
