South Wales Jolly - Feb Half Term (18th pm - 21st Feb)

Hi everyone

Just a quick line to gauge possible interest in a jolly around South Wales in mid/late Feb. General plan in my head at the moment is the following;-

Friday - Pub (its the law around here)

Saturday - approx 11 mile Extended Pen y Fan horseshoe. (Brecon Beacons)taking in Corn Du, Cribyn, Pen y Fan & Fan y Big. (good picture opportunity on the 'diving board')

Sunday - approx 8 mile Pontneddfechan waterfall walk. (Vale of Neath)walking behind the best waterfall in the UK according to 'Trail' magazine and viewing several others along two separate valleys. (NB make sure your waterproofs are waterproof)

Monday - If anyone wishes to extend the weekend there are several sho

Sat - Initial gaining of height onto the ridge is a short puffer, after that 2 more ups and the rest is a flat stroll (see my pics I posted in Sept)

Sun - casual up and down stroll, great views

Nothing you havent managed already, you'll love it, I promise.
