Bowel Cancer Sponsership

As many of you know I will be walking the Great Wall of China in aid of Bowel Cancer in 2 months. I have funded the full challenge myself and some of you have asked about sponsering me. This can be done on line by going to www.justgiving.com and putting my name in Jo Poke. You can then sponser my safetly with paypal or card once registered. Alternatively you could send me a cheque and I will do it for you.
