The Mind is WillingSorry for butting in Brookey/Hillmale but thought we had better get moving on this. As Gatepostgazer put the original invite up, could he please delete it so the boys can run a more accurate invite.
FYI this was the alternative arrangements available unless Brookey/Hillmale have found different accommodation.
It sleeps 15 in 3 rooms, so 8 gals and 7 lads? For 3 nights fri/sat/sun its, £240 a night for fri and sat in the rooms which would make it £32 per person. The Sunday would cost £200 divided by the number staying.
The owner has asked for quick decision, and 50% deposit within 7 days. also a campsite there so others could join and camp.

I need depposits for this now if I am to confirm the booking. As we have to pay for sole use unless I get all the deposits I'm not going to confirm and we may lose it

That means I need £16 from everyone interested as soon as possible. If we stay a group of 12 we may need to add the difference i.e. another £8 each but we'll see how it goes.
Spoken to the campsite. Only the bunkhouses are a available (no camping) so that's a maxium of 15 people for this. We are already at 12 so only another three can join. They want a deposit of 50% ASAP so I need you all to make definite confirmations.
Based on the last posting on the original invite the following people are in. I am assuming we all want bunks and want Friday & Saturday returning on the Sunday so if you intend to camp please also let me know.

This was originally planned for 20th April by Gatepostgazer. Due to unforeseen work commitments he can no longer do it but Brookey with the help of Hillmale wase going to be taking it over. Not really sure what's happening now as there has been no recent update
