Nightingales will be singing soon....

Just a heads up.... the nightingales should be arriving and singing their little hearts out soon (they may already be here). I'll be going on an evening walk locally (Paxton Pits 7th May, if anyone nearby is interested). If you haven't heard them before I recommend seeking out a walk in the next few weeks ๐Ÿ™‚

Oh dear. Am groaning and laughing at these jokes. Just wanted to say the nightingales were singing last night and will be until early June, perhaps later so if you know where to find them take a picnic and just sit and listen.

Liz you would be most welcome. The walk starts at 7.30 and is led by rangers/ but will be a lot of standing and listening. volunteers. Lasts 2 hours and I hope it will include lots of info about nightingales although gpg has started my education ๐Ÿ™‚ Donation of ยฃ2. I have been to listen to them before but have not done the walk. Will text you.
