What a fantastic weekend! It was a pleasure to meet everyone at last and I have not laughed so much in years!! Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my first OD weekender - cant wait for the next one. mark301: Inviting us to the Lakes was wonderful enough, but your heart-felt poem and medal were a lovely surprise which profoundly symbolised more than just a gift. They showed your appreciation of everyone coming to support your event and share your passion of the Lakes and I hope you enjoyed us being there as much as we did.
I was told the group had almost tripled since your last event so an annual Lakes Bash is a must (no pressure 🙂) as it's the perfect place for meeting up with OD friends.

Seriously though Mark it was a lovely weekend - Food was great and the medal a lovely touch. Please thank John again for leading Saturday's walk (it was John wasn't it?).
Fabulous to catch up with people and make new friends. A big thanks to Marlon67 for keeping "the girls" laughing Friday in the pub, Tea Room for the jokes (again) on Saturday and our mini walk and Davem for "the bump" Saturday night! 😈😈
And a special thanks to Jubileeanne for the bubbly as we all know how this girl loves bubbly! And to my gentleman chauffeur 🙂 I'll keep your secret but I can't promise Preggy will!!:~😈
