Such a brilliant time in The Lakes.Thank you Kate for all the organising and thanks to John,Rick and Nick for some really good walks.
The weather was not good but that does not stop us from having a great time.
I would also like to say a big thank you to those that made my extra few days a great success and for being so kind 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Thanks Kate for a fantastic and well organised weekend, sorry that I bowed out on Sunday but all my walking gear was soaked from Saturdays wet womble up Scafell pike as Grant puts it. Would like to thank everyone who came on that walk as it was tough way up in the weather conditions we had.
Good to catch up with old and new OD members 🙂

Thanks to Kate for organising the meals and generally sorting things for the weekend and to Sprite for making the suggestion for a Wasdale weekend. Despite the weather and Harley having a poorly paw I enjoyed the weekend and meeting more OD members and saying Hi to folks I had already met.
Harley is recovering well and will hopefully be back chasing tennis balls in the next few days. 🙂

Many thanks Kate for organising everything for us all; quite a task. Also thanks to the walk leaders for some great walks. It was great to meet old and new friends and I'm looking forward to future meets. Next time we'll have better weather! 😀

An excellent time despite the weather. Almost inevitably the sun burst through as we sat in the pub after this afternoon's rain lashed walk. Thank you to all the people on my walks for surviving and to Kate for taking charge of the event.

Pear Drop (Sarah) would also like to add her thanks for a fab weekend 🙂 She's extremely happy to have taken her tent on it's maiden voyage and tested her knees to the limit and survived!! 😀😀 She adds her thanks for the organisation Kate and to the guys who organised the walks. 😀
