River Tees to the Humber

Arrived home on June 5th,quite tired, but so gratefult to the many kind and generous people.
From Dufton to Yarm, was a little to Hot for me,with some difficult walking conditions around Yarm and beyond to Teesmouth. The following two weeks were very wet and blustery, with almost a fatal slip off Flamborough Head,i was holding onto a fence post when i lost my footing, which has straind my Pelvic joint.
I found the Yorkshire Wold Way a lovely experience,Green hills sweeping all around me,with colours of Wheat,Barley and Rape and so quiet.Being a chalk base and very wet was similar to walking on Treacle and there were a number of body impressions on many slippery sections.
Maybe worth considerin

I ran out of space when suggesting that Thixendal or Millington maybe a place to spend a weekend. Also the Medival village of Warren Percy.
