Kielder Clanger!!!

Hi everyone, as a few observant people have pointed out I couldn't have picked a worse weekend to host a weekend up in Kielder as it is the weekend of the Kielder Marathon on the Sunday and the Bike Run Bike event on the Saturday. So we're pretty much gonna be stuffed as all the walkways/bike paths will be restricted, taped up and marshalled!! I am sooooo sorry I didn't research the dates but out of 52 weekends how unlucky could I have been opting for that 1 🤔
Any thoughts as to what we can do would be GREATLY appreciated and received. Sorry again ☹

yes CB, cos on the original weekend Kielder will be swarming with joggy runner type folk and all the trails will be closed for them, selfish I know 🤔

Hello, I Cant do 26th to 28th, it's the only one I can't make, friends 40th in Ireland! I really want to come but understand you can't fit around everyone ☹

and also the 19th September would clash with the Jurassic weekend and I know a few are going to that who are coming to Kielder. So how about 26th - 28th September??

We can't do the 19th September as we're in Germany for a wedding, we can do the 26th, 27th, 28th September tho?

Any other weekend except the 25th Oct and 19th Sept would suit. I'm sure the youth hostel would be happy to change the dates for those already booked. 🙂
