Honey & Ginger flapjack

Melt 200g butter, 200g brown sugar & 200g honey in a pan until sugar is dissolved. Add 400g oats and 50g chopped crystallised ginger (I used 75g cos I like it).Squidge it all into a greased 8in x 12in tin and bake at 180 (170 fan) for about 20 min. Cut into squares while soft but let it cool in the tin before turning out 🙂🙂

Lol maybe I should have mentioned this is the flapjack I took to the Malverns and a couple of people had asked for the recipe - it's not just a random post 😀😀

If you don't like ginger just replace with any sort of fruit or nuts, almonds would be nice with honey 🙂
