It's Spine Race time again with competitors leaving Edale this morning and heading for Kirk Yetholm 268 miles away. The "fun run" ends in Hawes after a mere 108 miles. I'm not running this year but Ally and I are marshalling at Hebden Bridge. The addictive tracking is at the link below:

No Matt,Mark is saving himself for his 2 week attempt at breaking the record for running the South West Coastal path which we are supporting.
Daveb99..He only likes to do races once and he did well last year🙂
