Rose of Melon with Berrie Compote

Main Courses
Roast Turkey with Traditional Christmas Trimmings
Roast Topside of Beef & Yorkshire pudding
Salmon Steak & Lemon Butter Sauce

Vegetarian Option
Chestnut & Shallot Tarte Tatin

For Dessert
Xmas Pudding & Brandy Sauce
Chocolate Roulade
