Many thanks from myself and the main man ..Owen , we were the lucky ones , having 8 fabuloso days walking , bantering ,and no weather to contend with ,no wind at all , thus it was midgy heaven !! but you cant have everything. I think that there were 32 ODiers at various points who enjoyed something of this week , Liz, Nigel and Ian getting the lions share. We covered everything that we set out to do , so mission accomplished. we sincerely thank you all for your participation and support Steeev and rOWENa xx

Big thanks to Steve and Grandad!!!The seven and a half hour journey home today hasn't spoilt one bit the fabulous time you've given us all this week and I'd do it again tomorrow to be back up in the Lakes with great friends, old and new.🙂🙂

A big thank you to Steev for helping us to summit Scafell Pike on Saturday despite tiredness and injury. An inspirational team of fantastic friends (including Kip) and a big thank you to Stephen for the long wait up top for us to arrive. Wow. 🙂

Thank you Steve and Owen for organising the walks. Bowfell and Esk Pike was amazing especially the suprise brew from Owen with a choice of fruit tea! You both did a wonderful job, Tammy will sleep for a week I think🙂

Spring: Feet resting now, but Derek, Kate and I have just been around Derwentwater on an easy trek today. Kip is jiggered now.🙂

Tizzie's and my first time 'glamping' and we enjoyed every minute (except the midges!) . She's dog tired now and I'm even more so! Hope everyone you got home safely, thank you all for your company and looking forward to the next time!
