Chrome & Parkhouse Scrambly walk

Big thanks to HPM for a great walk today 🙂 A bit of rain can never dampen the spirits of the Wednesday Wanderer's! Besides, it was nowhere near as wet as last week!😮

Thanks to all for your top-notch company...but special thanks to Jo for the yummy cake....and to John and Derek for the hilarious entertainment! ( I wont mention you both wallowing in the mud😋)

Looking forward to the next outing

Thanks everyone, you all made that a super day!!! 🙂 The conditions for the scrambling were a little worse than I would have liked, but you all got on with it with a 'we're going to enjoy the day come what may' attitude which makes putting a Wednesday wander invitation on worth it! 🙂

Thanks HPM for the OD walk that had everything: our birthday boy, cake, scramble, Tangfastics (oh yes!), banter, singing, hills, wind, rain and and just a few metres of mud but nothing an experienced fell walker couldn't manage LOL 😈

Yes, it really was a great day...good job we're (or most of us) so adept at dealing with loads of mud! Many thanks Derek for leading us so well and to all the gang for the relentless fun and japes.
