Just like to add my thanks to Dave who soldiered on despite feeling rough. Lovely walk just not sure I'll be going off piste again on the moors too soon. Very enjoyable all the same.

Thanks to everyone for turning out, helping out and persevering.
I think the day was jinxed from early on, I probably should have postponed it. Anyway, we got round a circuit (albeit not the one announced - may put that up again because it's a good walk 🙂) and (I think) all had a good time.
Now back to route-locked, cake provided, well-pathed Wednesdays... maybe I'll have stopped coughing by the next one.

Loved the adventure. Thank God for strong heather to pull on when the going gets tough.🙂 Thanks Inde Dave for coming out to lead us astray despite you being ill. Peter, this girl loves any kind of cake so if some is on offer I will return to the Peaks next month.🙂
