Backpacks for tall ladies

Looking to replace my very old and worn Berghaus Freeflow. It has never fitted terribly well but has successfully carried my sarnies for many hundreds of miles.

I am 5'9" and fairly slim and am struggling to find a ladies pack with a long enough back. The only one that I have found so far is the Osprey Sirrus 26 as the back is adjustable. Is anyone able to suggest any other make please, possibly a bit smaller than the 26 litre?

Any suggestions will be gratefully received. Thank you.

jem1000: i`m glad that you were able to find a suitable pack as there is nothing worse than one that moves around and tries to strip you of your clothes 🙂
the more people that i can help the better and with the current offers available at The Epicentre why pay more 🙂

Taz, thank you. I went for an Osprey in the end and am very pleased with it. I will send your link on to my son, as he is also looking for a new pack at the moment 🙂

Hi jem 🙂 take a look at the Deuter Guide packs - in terms of fit they do gender specific and from what I've seen the backs are adjustable

Hi Jem,check the Deuter website as they specialise only in Rucksacks🙂

Jem1000: I think Osprey do a small, medium or large size back. However most shops won%u2019t stock all sizes in each model. I also found that when they give the litre size, it is always in respect of the large size meaning that the small (that I have) is not the full advertised litre
