They Seek/I Seek

This is an important part of the search.

For dating your gender preferences are more critical than for friendships. Clearly set the "Who Is Seeking A" option to your own gender, and the "I Am Seeking A" option to your preferred sexual preference.

For friendships you will probably click both of the "Either" boxes, unless you sepcifically prefer the company of a particular gender.

Looking for Relationship Type

If you select "Dating" you will pull up all those who have chosen "Dating Only" as well as those that have chosen "Dating OR Friendship" when setting up their profile. To put it another way; the "Friendship Only" profiles will be removed.

Similarly, if you select "Friendship" you will pull up all those who have chosen "Outdoor Friendship Only" as well as those that have selected "Dating OR Friendship" when setting up their profile. To put it another way; the "Dating Only" profiles will be removed.

Choosing "Dating OR Friendship" here will bring up everyone regardless of the profile choice in this selection.

Lake District walks 13&14 Oct

Thanks John for two nice but quite different walks. Different mostly in weather, with continuous rain and flooding on Saturday, then dry and eventually sunny on Sunday. Thanks also to the rest of the crews on both days for chat and camaraderie. Some regular ODers and some new members - hope to see you out again on another trip.

It was just what I wanted, a lovely walk in the rain with lovely people in a lovely place. Spectacular views of the waterways. Thank you John
