Keswick Mountain Festival

Thank you to Shaza, our very Intrepid Leader, for this invite. Also to my fellow happy campers and to Lakelander, Barrington B and Bal who joined us for walks. Lovely to meet Nature Lassie as well. We all had a fantastic weekend with the right proportion of walking, chatting, dancing, laughter and silly moments. Definitely need to do this again next year. 'Have the goulash', they said. Easier said than done....

Ah yes. The goulash šŸ¤£šŸ¤£. Definitely one for my next serial killer to try!!
Ditto. It was a brilliant weekend and I am sure it was my organisation that got us through šŸ™„šŸ˜œšŸ˜œ.
Definitely see about putting it down for 2020.

And Iā€™m so glad you put the invite up too! It was so good from the moment I put the tent up right through to the last coffee on Glenridding Pier. Particularly loved the Newlands Round ( thanks to TC for this) the Copeland Horseshoe Shazza and I did ( it was a tough one that!) and the last walk around Ullswater. The good weather stayed with us so we had great views, lakeside festival music and atmosphere, tons of talking, great OD company, laughing and carrying on. All in all, quite marvellous
